HISTORY
OF THE END OF THE WORLD 7
“
A
battle, she was part of?”, Laura was shocked. She had just fled the
urban battleground, called Amsterdam.
The
Master waved to them to relax. He continued, “The final battle is
about to begin. The point of no return has passed; this world is
coming to an end. And we play an important in this struggle to bring
about a new Jerusalem.”
He
looked them both into the eyes. “And these...”, he manipulated
the cards Laura brought him. “.. will be a major factor in the
coming confrontation.”
The
Master got out of his chair and started walking around, seemingly at
random. He picked up discs, leaflets and book, just to put them on
another pile. After throwing some wood on the fire, after checking
the door, he sat down again.
“I
secured the room, No-one will hear or understand a word said here.
The things I will say to you today, have to stay secret. I promise to
answer all your questions, but first I will give you some info about
the cards; its origin and its destiny.”
He
looked Laura straight into the eyes. You can leave if you want to. If
you decide to stay, I can promise you the participation in an unique
worldwide conspiracy. A conspiracy to create a world of our own.”
Laura
didn't hesitate for a moment.
“I
want to go on.”
“That's
what I hoped and expected.:, the Master said. “El will instruct you
abut our way of life at the Academy and the daily routine. You can
stay here, if you want to.”
Laura
nodded impatiently. She wanted to continue. She felt the pulsating
energy of the deck of cards and thought to hear distant voices.
